Last December 27, Japs visited some patients at the Philippine Children's Medical Center in QC for her thanksgiving party. With the help of her fans and sponsors (Get Laud and Vans), Julie was able to give back some of the blessings that she has received for 2012. Check out what they prepared for the kids:
