Yesterday, Julie Anne San Jose was officially launched as the newest endorser of Black Beauty Shampoo. The contract signing held at Citybest restaurant in Tomas Morato, was attended by people from the press, GMA Artist Center, and Man Yip Corporation (MYCo).  

When asked why they chose Julie Anne as their endorser, Daryl Chan, Marketing Manager of Black Beauty Philippines, said that they find Japs the most promising teen star today. Just like their products that hold a lot of promise even with the relatively short time they have only been in the market.

Japs was also asked how she came to agree with this endorsement. She said that she really liked the scent of the shampoo aside from its other benefits like hair nourishment and thickening. She also shared hair care tips such as not exposing the hair to too much heat and chemicals as in frequently having it blow dried, ironed, or dyed, and  by sticking with the hair products that work for you- for her it's Black Beauty, of course!

Julie Anne expressed her excitement with this project. As per the press con, the definite plans for this season are "billboards, bus ads, and flyers." And if the campaign goes really well, a TVC might not be far off. So let's support this venture as much as we do other Japs' projects.
