In Just One Summer, Beto (character played by Japs) wore only 2 different pairs of shoes in the movie- one of those, we identified as Vans surf siders. We saw them in most of her scenes and they actually fit her character's style. They're made for summer and were used in a movie that is set in the said season. Now, now, even Beto is a Vans girl! ;)
